The Embodied Self is a creative arts group therapy programme that will run every second Sunday, from September 2021 10.30AM-12.30PM The group will be closed, as participants will be invited to commit to the six sessions.
The programme aims to nurture the wellbeing of each participant by providing a safe group space in which to explore personal experiences from a creative embodied perspective. It is an invitation to enter into a ritual space, a space outside our every day routine, in which to explore different aspects of ourselves as individuals in a group context.
