Equinox means balance, equal night, equal day.
I warmly invite you to welcoming the Spring Equinox with a workshop and ritual to align ourselves with the energy of the Earth.
We will explore our polarities through somatic practices and art work because it's through healing them that we can find balance. The Equinox is a portal that offers us the opportunity to look at them by placing ourselves in the centre. We live in a very polarised world right now, and at times we may feel powerless as we witness how these polarities play out. Finding our centre, our balance, our peace is something that we can offer ourselves, each other and the world right now.
Through conscious movement and dance we will awake the kundalini energy to energise ourselves and connect to our life force. Through chanting we will awaken the vibratory field of our bodies and through our ceremony during the Equinox we will place ourselves in the centre of our polarities feeling the dance between the two and the felt sense of being in the centre, in balance.
We will be working indoors, and we will move outdoors to the garden for the Equinox ceremony at 15.32.
